TIPS FOR PURCHASING A USED ITEM:

This is a used item. The advantage of purchasing a used item is the amount of money you are saving and the convenience of having your item arrive at your front door with the click of a button. The downside is that a used item is not a brand new item. The item will show signs of use because, you guessed it, it is used! The other trade-off is that the item will not be in your hands instantly, although we will do our best to ship it out in a timely manner.

 SHIPPING

General:

We will ship to your PayPal confirmed address. Please be sure that your PayPal shipping address is correct before completing your payment. We cannot guarantee shipment to a different address, although we may try to accommodate in certain instances.

Shipping notification and tracking number will be provided through eBay when the item is shipped. If you ordered several items, there will only be one tracking number.  

Sometimes shipping companies take an extra-long time to deliver packages. If we provided you a tracking number, do not worry, your item is on the way, we promise! Continue to use your tracking number to track your item with your carrier. If anything seems to be array, send us a message. Please do not leave us negative feedback for a shipping company’s error or delay.  

Most items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS takes 24 hours to update tracking numbers after the item has shipped. If your tracking number is not listed on USPS’s website, check back the next day, it will probably be there. USPS does not operate on Sundays or holidays. Sometimes a tracking number is not showing that the item is moving; this is usually because the carriers are not scanning it along the way, no big deal.

Always contact us if there is an issue. We are a hard-working, honest family; we’ll do our best to help. Please do not leave us negative feedback without contacting us first! 

Domestic:  

Please allow enough time for your item to arrive. If item has not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact your shipping carrier to track the package. If USPS is your carrier, call 800-ASK-USPS and ask them to trace your tracking number, but not before 2 weeks. 

International:

Please allow at least 4 weeks for item to arrive, although in some cases it could take much longer. If item has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact your shipping carrier to track the package.

There may be an additional charge for shipping to Guam, Puerto Rico, APO, HR, and AK.  

Tracking will not update after the item leaves the USA. Shipping quotes do not include transport taxes, duty taxes, or outcome fees. If the item is too large to ship via USPS Priority Mail, we will be forced to refund your purchase.

Freight: 

Freight shipment items may be delivered to your local freight dock.

Armed Forces: 

For those in the armed forces, thank you for your service! If you are shipping to a base, please allow up to 3 months for delivery. We will ship next day. 

PAYMENT: 

We accept PayPal, cash in person upon pick-up, and credit card payments. Unpaid items may be voided after 7 days and unpaid strike will be left. Items shipped to Florida addresses will be charged 6.5% sales tax per state law.   

RETURNS: 

Clicking “BUY IT NOW” permanently commits you to purchase the item. Please inspect your item upon receipt. We do not provide refunds for items purchased by mistake or if you have simply changed your mind. We accept returns when we have made a mistake. If the item you received is not the item pictured in the listing or if the item is significantly different than described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We apologize in advance for any mistakes that necessitate a return! Below is a detailed return policy to ensure both parties are treated fairly and know what to expect in the event of a mistake.  

First, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery date per tracking number to request a return. Returns may not be accepted after 3 days.

Return item must be shipped with tracking within 5 days after we have agreed to accept the return.

 Scenario 1: If return is due to incorrect item shipped:  

Please ship the item back to us within 5 days after we have agreed to accept the return. 48 hours after we have received the returned item, we will either ship the correct item to you and refund the return shipping cost, or we will refund you the full amount originally paid plus return shipping cost.  

Scenario 2: If the item delivered is in significantly different condition than described: 

Please ship the item back to us within 5 days after we have agreed to accept the return. We will refund full amount paid for item and possibly return shipping cost, depending on situation, after the item has been received at our shop.

In any case, the amount refunded for return shipping is based on the amount paid for initial shipping; we will not refund any amount over the original amount we paid to ship the item. Please contact us for preferred shipping method so you do not overpay for return shipping. Generally we recommend USPS. 

TIP: If you have received an incorrect item, eBay policy states to return item and allow time for correct item to arrive.

2012 Vauxhall Zafira Tourer - pretty much the same as the concept GM’s European arms of Vauxhall and Opel managed to tease us with the Zafira Tourer Concept back in February with a hologram of the new 7-seat Zafira hovering over the iPad of designer Mark Adams. Which if we have to have new cars teased this was at least a thought-out and original way to go. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we saw the Zafira Tourer Concept turning up at the Geneva Motor Show as a future big brother for the Zafira and potential competition for the Ford S-Max.
