Saab Parts UK has secured the sale of the last 26 right-hand drive Saab 9-3 convertibles for customers in the UK. The final batch of convertible Swedish metal will be sold through 87 Saab authorised repairers in lieu of a dealer network. Mitsubishi takes its Evo X racing

Working with ADR Motorsport - the team that already builds and runs the two-works Mitsubishis currently competing in the British Rally Championship – Mitsubishi will enter a race-prepped Evolution X into the Britcar Championship.Driven by BTCC regular James Kaye, the Mitsubishi works entry will wear the official red and chrome Ralliart livery and make its public debut at this weekend’s Britcar 24-hour race 'It is anticipated that the engine will develop around 400bhp which, together with the Evo’s four-wheel-drive system and inherently good chassis, should make it a highly-competitive package,' said Kaye. If all goes well, Kaye will contest a full season in the 2009 Britcar Championship series.

Bentley to show Hybrid Concept at Beijing motorshow

Bentley is using the Beijing motor show to reveal the Bentley Hybrid Concept. It will preview the company's first plug-in model, with the powertrain expected in a Bentley SUV debuting in 2017. The technology will be demonstrated in Beijing on the flagship Bentley Mulsanne.
