OBX BILLET SHORT SHIFTER ADAPTER - 06+ CIVIC SI K20, 2DR / 4DR For sale is a brand new short shifter adapter for the Honda Civic SI 2006 to current. It will fit both 2dr and 4dr chassis. This kit adjusts fore and aft movement thus reducing shift throws by 22%. The part is billet CNC machined from 17-4 stainless steel for precsion fit. It is then heat treated to further increase its strength. The part is fairly easy to install but if you do not have proper automotive tools, it is best to have a local speed shop install this part for you. MOUs are not the strongest tool in the arsenal when a sale is being arranged, which tends to indicate that either the buyer likes the idea but won’t commit yet, or they are still in ‘Fund-Raising’ mode. So who are the likely buyers?

Outgoes the old hot Clio’s naturally aspirated 197bhp 2.0-litre engine, in comes a blown 1.6 with the same output, and rather than a six-speed manual gearbox the front wheels are now only driven via a double-clutch gearbox.
