Return Policy:
Buyer is responsible for matching the correct part which includes the part number, prom, service number and other options and/or descriptions for the car. Upon purchasing the item, we assume you have read the complete listing and description for the item. We, the seller, are not responsible for items purchased that do not match.
For purchases that were made in error, ‘buyer’s remorse’, or does not fit; there will be a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the order total.
For computers (ECU’s, TCM’s, BCM’s and ABS MODULES) 1998 and newer - The unit needs to be reprogrammed by the dealer only and the buyer is responsible for ANY costs related to its installation, maintenance or modifications. Vehicles 1999 and newer have to have a dealer certificate stating item is not working with a detailed description as to the issue with the computer to obtain refund. The warranty is VOID if item is opened/tampered with.
Warranty does not cover or will not cover failure due to improper installation, repairs, maintenance or modification; misuse and abuse or tampering of the item. Warranty also does not cover installation or any consequential or subsequent damages incurred during installation.
All returns must be submitted with the proper documentation. We cannot guarantee fast turnaround times for refund with incomplete returns.
How to return an item: Our return policy for returns is for 14 days after you receive the item. Once we receive the item, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item excluding any shipping fees. WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
