New Lamborghini Estoque saloon concept revealed
Wed, 01 Oct 2008By Chris Chilton First Official Pictures 01 October 2008 20:00 After Lamborghini's endless string of frustrating teaser shots, here, finally, are the full pictures of the Aston Rapide-rivalling four-seat Lamborghini supersaloon, the Estoque. The concept sports a V8, but Lamborghini is incredibly open-minded about possible powertrains. The Gallardo’s V10 will be offered but engineering boss Maurizio Reggiani told CAR that a powerful turbodiesel or possibly a hybrid petrol electric drivetrain would probably also be offered.
Aston Martin CC100 open 2 seater on the way
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Aston Martin has revealed it is to build a limited run of two exclusive CC100 Roadsters to celebrate its centenary year. Aston Martin’s last ‘Limited Edition’ was the £1 million plus One-77 which helped Aston put some much needed funds in their bank account. The One-77 was a custom made car with a custom made price but now, with Aston Martin celebrating its centenary year this year, they’re about to build a new concept car – the Aston Martin CC100 – that’s based on the V12 Vantage but with an open roadster body.
McLaren P1: First interior photos arrive
Tue, 12 Feb 2013Ahead of its debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show next month, McLaren has sent us the first interior photos of their new hypercar. As we already know, the P1 isn’t following the almost unique 1+2 seating concept of the McLaren F1, but has opted to make it a regular two seater. That means that there will be no right hand drive cars – they’ll all be left hand drive – and McLaren are left deciding how to make the P1′s cockpit unique.
