BMW to push build-to-order for X3

BMW wants you to buy a car the European way: The German automaker, which wants to pass Lexus as the leading luxury brand in the U.S. by 2012, is trying to convince its U.S. customers that they should order their BMWs with exactly the stuff they want on it, not settling for whatever is on the lot.

College Exhibition: Strate College Degree Show 2004

Sep 20, 2004 - Graduating Transportation Design students at France's Strate Coll?ge displayed their Diploma projects in the school's annual degree show, held at the central Paris school in June. Graduating diploma student Thibaut Doneux presented 'Skin Deep', an interior concept for Renault.

Kia announces upcoming concept

Kia will unveil an, as yet, unnamed concept car at the Geneva motor show this March. The concept, which the carmaker calls ‘provocative and racy', features a new take on Kia's signature tiger nose aesthetic that integrates the headlamps into the grille design in a narrow, full-width strip. The lamps themselves seem to be contructed of a pixelted, mesh-like light source.
