Up for sell is an Upper Fairing from a 2011 Suzuki Hayabusa.  The fairing has very light scratches on it but no cracks.  It would definitely make for a great paintable piece or replacement part for another 2011 Hayabusa with the factory white color scheme.  As you can see from the pictures, the damage is hardly noticeable.  No need in buying new or settling for cheap aftermarket parts.  Thanks for looking!!

Bentley SUV – the Bentley Falcon – close to production decision

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

The Bentley SUV – expected to be called the Bentley Falcon – is close to being officially signed-off for production. Within a month of that report we heard that Bentley had decided to give their new SUV the Bentley Falcon‘ moniker – a clear sign VW had decided to produce the Bentley SUV – and now we learn that the EXP 9 F Concept is ready to be signed-off as a production model - albeit with substantial changes to is design. Wolfgang Schreiber, Bentley CEO, has told Automotive News that Bentley is now close to making official the decision to build the Falcon and that it will get a V8 under the bonnet, and possibly the option of a W12 too.

The Mini is 50 years old today

Fri, 08 May 2009

Today - 08/05/2009 - is the 50th anniversary of the first Mini rolling off the production line. To celebrate, and for a bit of free publicity (see, we’re playing the game) BMW has shipped the first Mini to roll of the production line back to Cowley to celebrate (picture at the bottom). 621 AOK, a Mini Minor, in Old English White, looks as fresh as the day it rolled off the production line half a century ago (although I wouldn’t mind betting it doesn’t have it’s original sills – they always rusted through – or copes with its original distributor and leads – one splash of rain and the car ground to a halt!).
