It’s rather special too, as the original Flyer racing car is the forebear to one of the most famous Porsche models ever, the 550 Spyder. But fuzzy scans of the new BMW X6M and BMW X5M turned up on the web a couple of days ago, so it looks like BMW has decided to get the info out as soon as possible. Yes, it’s a rotten time to be bringing out a new, big 4×4, much less one with over 500bhp.

Thu, 03 Apr 2008Christopher Reitz has been appointed to the top job at Alfa Romeo, replacing Frank Stephenson as Director of Design. A relative of Wolfgang Porsche, Christopher Reitz graduated from Art Center Europe in Switzerland and began his career at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg in 1993. Reitz joined Audi in Ingolstadt from 1996 to 1998, where he was in charge of Advance Design.
