Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have minor scratches and scuff marks on lens. Lights have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger sides have pink packing plastic stuck on the silicone. Passenger side lens has a big scuff mark. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install.
