2008 Suzuki GSX1300R (1340cc) Hayabusa Complete Tail Fairing Including: Subframe, tail section, left and right blinkers, tail light, front seat, rear hump and passenger pegs as shown. Excellent for a GEN 1 swap! Seat latch included. Seat lock NOT included (as shown). Light scuffs on left side from riding boot rubbing as shown. Item is in used condition, as shown in pictures below, with typical wear from street use and storage. Item was removed from complete bike shown below. Complete bike is shown for reference only and is NOT included. Item will fit 2008 2009 2010 2011 and 2012 Suzuki GSX1300R GSXR1300 GSXR1340 Hayabusa and possibly other years. It’s a new era for Aston Martin: the Gaydon brand has announced today (25 July 2013) that it’s in the early stages of a deal with Mercedes’ in-house tuners AMG, which will allow it to use Mercedes-honed engine and electronics technology. Has Aston Martin sold its soul to the Germans? Not quite – Daimler AG is set to take only a 5% share stake in Aston Martin, sitting alongside majority shareholders Investment Dar and Investindustrial.

VW BlueSport Concept moves nearer to reality

We reported last week on the VW BlueSport Concept, a relatively economical 2 seat roadster, which VW unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show. We said then that if we were VW we’d be pressing the start button as soon as possible, and reports seem to indicate that that is exactly what VW are hoping to do. The secret to the success of the BlueSport will be the ability of the VW Group as a whole to find three platforms within its setup that can produce viable models based on the BlueSport Concept.
