I've had it for a few years, I am very careful washing my car so I am not 100% sure why it's done this, but I am thinking its related to sun. I would refurbish it myself but I have so many projects on the go. It seems like it needs to be sanded down and reclear coated to me as you can see what appears to be the resin layer below, it will need to have new tape applied to the back. Alternatively if you didn't want to clear just sand it and paint to to match your car or wrap it in carbon chrome plasti dip etc
