VW announces seven-passenger CUV at Detroit auto show

Last year at the Detroit Auto Show, VW showed the CrossBlue concept. Built on VW's new MQB modular architecture, the CrossBlue was designed to both showcase the versatility of MQB (it also underpins the upcoming Golf, the new Audi A3, as well as SEAT and Skoda models) and illustrate that VW was serious about the seven-passenger market in the United States. 2015 Ram ProMaster City to join commercial lineup

Ram has announced that it will add the Ram ProMaster City van to its commercial lineup for 2015, growing the range from six vehicles to seven. We've known that this vehicle has been in the works for years, but this is the first time a sales time frame has been released. Much smaller than the 2014 Ram ProMaster -- smaller even than that Caravan-based C/V Tradesman -- the ProMaster City will be based on the petite Fiat Doblo.

Renault TwinRun hot hatch concept (2013) first official pictures

Renault will show off this mid-engined supermini concept at the 2013 Monaco Grand prix race weekend. Called the TwinRun, the R5 Turbo-inspired creation is powered by a mid-mounted 3.5-litre V6, and will hit 155mph flat out. The TwinRun is the latest in a series of wacky Renault concept cars, following the Twizy RS F1 and Twin-Z supermini into the limelight.
