This is a brand new Pre-Preg Dry Carbon Fiber cooling plate for the Nissan R35 GT-R. It fits all R35 GT-R's starting from 09-Up . The cooling plate covers the radiator panel and directs more air-flow directly to the radiator and intake, while the characteristics of carbon fiber also provides the engine bay with a more aggressive look.

Dry carbon fiber is made in a pre-preg and dry process which consists of vacuum forming sheets of carbon fiber into a mold at temperatures around 350° F, sometimes referred to as an autoclave. This process allows carbon fiber to form into a strong and lightweight composite. Just like how race car parts are made.

With a show car shine, this product is immune to UV rays, and will not yellow over time. These will fit over the existing factory GTR radiator panel.

Before production numerous installations and fitment tests have been done, so the fitment is guaranteed. After receiving the cooling plate, many customers are so happy with them that they even recommended it to their friends.

Package includes one cooling plate for the Nissan R35 GT-R made with genuine twill weave carbon fiber.

Tiff Needell compares the 911 and F-Type

Fri, 19 Apr 2013

It was a mere matter of time before somebody pitted the new Jaguar F-Type against a flat-six-powered automobile from Stuttgart. And while our natural inclination would've been to choose the mid-engined, two-seat Boxster S to mash heads with the 380-horse V6 S model, the lads at Evo had Tiff Needell compare the new Jag to a 911 Carrera Cabriolet. The heavier Neunelfer is a closer power/weight match to the F-Type.

Marc Girard appointed head of Interior Design at BMW Cars

Wed, 01 Apr 2009

Marc Girard starts his new job as head of the Interior Design department at BMW Automobiles today, taking over the post previously held by Michael Ninic who died unexpectedly last year. His appointment also alleviates some of the pressure put on Adrian van Hooydonk, who has effectively been managing both exterior and interior design departments for BMW Cars as well as acclimatizing to his new role as design director of the BMW Group following Chris Bangle's departure last month. A BMW Group designer for the last 15 years, French-born Girard was most recently team leader for Interior Design at BMW Automobiles, having been promoted from the position of head of interior design at MINI - a role he filled from 2004 to 2006.

AUCTION GOES BANANAS FOR CLASSIC VW

Thu, 10 Oct 2013

A VINTAGE 1950s Volkswagen Beetle owned by a pensioner will go under the hammer at an auction later this month. The classic car, which has picked up a number of awards, is expected to fetch around £9,000 when it appears alongside a selection of rare art and antiques in the McTear's Collectables sale in Glasgow on September 29. The 1953 Beetle, which is a 1200 Deluxe model, has been in the hands of 72-year-old Willie Black since 1966, the same year that VW gave it the Best Beetle in Britain accolade.
