Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have deep scratches and scuff marks on lens. LEDs have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger sides have signs of condensation on the inside, indicating the seal may be broken, and water may be leaking inside. Both driver and passenger side lens have moderate scratches on the inside of the lens. This item does not come with light bulbs, screws, or instructions on how to install.
