RETURN POLICY:
- We provide 30 Days exchange or refund warranty period from delivery day. If you found any problem with the item, such as the Item does not fit / Item is defective / Item is damaged / Wrong Order received. Please contact us immediately to resolve any inconvenient problem.
- NO refund after 30 days counting from the 1st day the order received. In case of receiving wrong item, please contact us immediately to resolve it and we'll process exchange or refund.
- Product must be returned in the original box, packing, and condition. All parts & accessories must be included.
- Defective Part: If the part you received has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us by E-mail or call our toll free number, We do need customer to send back the defective part before we ship you a replacement & we will E-mail customer a pre-paid shipping return label to put on the package box, then drop off any UPS Store or call UPS to pick the return package. Once we receive the defective part and inspect it (Take around 1-3 Days), we will ship you the brand new for the replacement.
- Damaged in Transit: If customer fund any damaged on the items, please contact us by E-mail or call our toll free number. We do need customer to take some digital picture on part of damaged. We will help our customer file UPS/USPS claim. Once UPS/USPS reply to us about the claim, we will E-mail customer a pre-paid shipping return label to put on the package to ship back to us. When we receive the defective part and inspect it (Take around 1-3 Days), we will offer exchange of refund.
- Missing Parts: If customer are missing order when received the package or never receive the package, please contact us by E-mail or call our toll free number. We will ship the missing order to customer immediately. Sometime your order is out of stock. We will contact customer by E-mail to resolve any inconvenient problem.
- Wrong Parts: If customer received the wrong order, please contact us by E-mail or call our toll free number. We will E-mail customer a pre-paid shipping return label to put on the package to ship back to us. Once we receive the return package and inspect it (Take around 1-3 Days), we will ship you the correct order to customer.
STORE POLICY:
- We highly recommend professional installation of all car parts / electronics; there are some products that do not come with installation guide.
- All of our product are brand new, never used. If item is received damaged, we do ask customer to provide us a picture through email to show the damage so that we can expedite the return.
- You must keep all packing material and merchandise exactly the way it was received for carrier's inspection. We will not be responsible for carrier's denial of a claim for untimely reporting of damage or missing materials for inspection.
- Refunds are given only if the box is unopened and never been used and unbroken. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged from the refund amount in some cases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping does not include just the cost of the shipment. There are additional costs such as additional packing materials and the labor required for shipping. Shipping fees are non refundable unless we shipped wrong item.
- We will charge canceling fee for any cancel the order or purchase the wrong order. A canceling fee of 20% will be charged from the full amount.
