The new SEAT Leon SC (3-door), which debuted at the Geneva Motor Show last month, will cost from £15,370 for the S 1.2TSI. Not only is the Leon SC cheaper than the Hatch, SEAT has gone to some trouble to differentiate the two with the SC getting a lower roofline, more steeply raked windscreen and new tailgate, as well as being 35mm shorter. Despite which the Leon SC still has decent leg and head room in the back and a boot that’s as big as the Leon hatch.

BMW X4 Leaks

We have the first official photos of the BMW X4 SUV – the ‘Lifestyle’ version of the X3 – which we expect to debut at the Shanghai Motor Show this month. We have the first leaked images of the X4 that show a BMW X3 with the same sort of treatment as the X5 got to turn it in to the X6, and create what BMW like to call an SAC – a Sports Activity Coupe. Volkswagen Nils concept

Volkswagen will give its newest concept vehicle, named Nils, its public debut at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show. The single-seat electric concept vehicle, which has been designed to be economical and production feasible, features an aluminium space frame, wing doors and free-standing wheels. Though its inspiration may come from Formula 1, the styling has its origins at the Volkswagen Design Centre in Potsdam, Berlin.
