Return policy details:We will accept returns of new items purchased that have not been installed, are in the original package and are complete, without charging a restock fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. You must contact us and complete any return within 14 Business days of delivery. Refunds will be completed within 3 Business days after received.
On new defective products or if we made a shipping mistake, we will either email you a shipping label to return the item OR refund the standard USPS costs to send the item back. Once we receive the item back, we will then ship out a replacement for it. You can ask us to send you a replacement item before we receive the original item back by giving us a valid credit card number to hold as security until the return has been completed.
With any type of return, you must contact us through eBay messaging for instructions. Your message should contain a daytime phone number where we can call you during our normal business hours if necessary. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number at that time and shipping instructions . The RA number must be written on the outside of the box for identification. It is important that you include a note inside the package as to what is wrong with the item and if you want a replacement, store credit or refund. If we owe you standard USPS return postage then we must have a copy of the postage receipt inside the package. It is suggested that you send us the return shipping tracking number so we can track it as well.
All Manufacturers warranties cover their item only and do not cover labor or return shipping. We will not accept returns and provide refunds on items that (1) have been installed (2) are not in the original packaging (3) are missing included accessories and not complete.
