Misc. 1/2", 9/16", ??7/16"?? Lug Nuts. Lightly Used and New-Old-Stock Chrome LUG NUTS!! Came from a collection of vintage 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, Plymouth, Dodge, DeSoto and Dodge Trucks. Sizes are mixed.

 Lightly Used and New-Old-Stock Chrome LUG NUTS, Sizes are mixed:   
  • Ten medium length Lug Nuts, Round tops,  marked "1/2 RH",  with another five similar unmarked.
  • Ten Short length, Round Top 1/2"? lug nuts, five with edge tick marks, one other is 7/16"?? inside diam.
  • One 9/16" RH, with another similar sized, lengths and styles vary somewhat.
  • One 1/2" -20;  with another similar, lengths vary.
  • Two smaller inside diameter (7/16" ??) misc. lug nuts.

The 2011 Ford Fiesta earned a Top Safety Pick from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). It is the first minicar to earn the pick since the introduction of a new roof strength test. The award applies to vehicles built after July 2010.

Renault Initiale Paris stars at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show

It may seem like a strange idea for Renault to launch its Initiale Paris premium sub-brand at a German motor show, but it could turn out to be quite an astute move. The French brand is hoping to take on the Germans with Initiale Paris, so showcasing this rather wonderful concept in Frankfurt is a clear signal of intent. Renault says this Initiale Paris concept previews the next generation Espace, but we can't help but see a massive dollop of Renault Avantime when we take a wander around the car.

Scott Bailey founded Automobile Quarterly in 1962. The hardbound publication became a respected voice on all subjects automotive and an important chronicle of automotive history. While the story of the automobile is often more folkloric than factual, Bailey's belief in scholarship helped forge a solid, reliable record that might otherwise have been lost.
