England to ban car park cameras?
Thu, 10 Oct 2013Static cameras and ‘spy cars’ fitted with video surveillance equipment could be banned in England following communities secretary Eric Pickle’s statement that he wanted to “rein in over-zealous and unfair rules.” The government isn’t looking to eradicate parking enforcement altogether, however. The coalition stated that traffic wardens armed with cameras would be able to carry out the task instead, potentially at a reduced cost to the state over the current setup. Chrysler offers up to $6,000 in incentives on some cars

The company said Wednesday that it will offer up to $6,000 in incentives on some of its new cars in May in the wake of a 48 percent sales drop in April. The incentives run through June 1.
Penske honored with Keith Crain award at Washington auto show

The award is given to an individual for significant contributions to the auto industry. Carroll Shelby won in 2011, and Ralph Nader and U.S.
