I have a 4 person Switlik Rescue pod for sale. It was inflated and inspected recently before we decided to go with an offshore life raft for a upcoming trip. This one is in Ideal condition and just needs its 5 year repacking/recertification (Costs about $300). The Rescue Pod is a very high quality inflatable flotation platform with canopy that supports four people and offers basic protection from the elements. The compact size of its fiberglass container allows it to be carried aboard the smallest open fishing boat, day cruiser or sail boat. The inflatable canopy provides better hypothermia protection than the single layer used on standard life rafts. All 12 locations will move to the new pricing scheme temporarily, to give more drivers a chance to get behind the wheel and do some performance driving. Skip Barber has been teaching people to race for more than 30 years.

Just yesterday, Lexus responded to the leak of a couple of photos of the 2013 Lexus LS by issuing a single photo of the exterior of their ‘New’ LS. What they’ll do now a full set of exterior photos of both the regular 2013 LS and 2013 LS F Sport have escaped on to the net we can only guess, although it seems unlikely they’ll do the official reveal until Monday as they planned.

British supercar maker Ariel has created this police-specification version of its new Atom 3.5 in order to support the Avon and Somerset Constabulary’s Safer Rider campaign. The Atom PL1 has the same 350bhp supercharged 2.0-litre Honda engine, sequential gearbox and spectacular performance as the regular car – with a 0-60mph time of 2.5 seconds it can match most superbikes – but with the addition of Avon and Somerset Constabulary livery, aerodynamic pursuit lights and safety equipment.
