Volkswagen debuts tuned Jettas for SEMA
Tue, 05 Nov 2013It's easy to get the impression that SEMA is all about unattainable and outlandish show cars, ones that will never see the street, but in reality there is plenty of iron (or carbon fiber really) from all sides of all ponds that we could see people driving on the street. Nissan Pivo 2 concept
Wed, 10 Oct 2007Nissan has released details of a new Pivo 2, an advanced electric concept car that will debut at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show. Building on the popularity of the first Pivo, shown at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show, the latest concept will be powered by compact Lithium-ion batteries and features a unique rotating cabin. Where the first Pivo, with its fully rotating cabin design, made reversing obsolete, the Pivo 2 takes that easy mobility concept to a new level.
New products to drive Porsche's sales goals
Mon, 24 Jan 2011Porsche may add an entry-level sports car as part of a plan to double global sales to 200,000 units by 2018. The new four-cylinder sports car would be in addition to a small SUV and a plug-in hybrid supercar recently approved for production. Matthias Mueller, the former Volkswagen executive who took over as Porsche CEO in October, says a new product strategy will be completed by the end of March.
