Based on Michelin expertise from over a dozen consecutive Le Mans 24-Hour Race victories, the Pilot Sport 3 is an eco-friendly sport tire with Green X branded on its sidewalls to guarantee it offers one of the best energy efficiency levels on the market. The Pilot Sport 3 is designed to balance tread life, fuel efficiency and road gripping performance in dry and wet conditions. However, like all summer tires, they are not intended to be driven in near freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice. But Honda are trying to prove that’s not true. They’ve taken their new CR-V 1.6i-DTEC – which has official economy of 62.8 mpg – out on a mission to prove it can do even more miles to the gallon in the real world than in official tests.

Subaru Legacy concept hints to what’s in store for 2010
Sun, 11 Jan 2009Don't let the concept tag fool you because the Legacy concept that Subaru introduced at the Detroit Auto Show News is basically what the 2010 Legacy will look like when it goes on sale this summer with the exception of minor tweaks. In celebration of 20 years of Legacy production designers gave it sharper lines, larger fender flares over all four wheels and more distinctive front-end treatment. Sharp headlamps with vertical LED lights sandwich the large grille with the Subaru logo centered.
