These are in unused NEW condition but they are factory irregulars as they maybe slightly off color, missing colors, color bleed, off color lettering, mis trimmed, dusty or dirty from sitting in warehouse or contain small mold marks or blemishes on them, You can see them if you hold them in your hand but can't be seen on your truck or car..most are so small, and they blend in with the black color they won't even show up in the pic..rubber material with fiberglass fibers..NICE looking mud flaps for the price.. .NO MOUNTING HARDWARE.. .. But, thanks the Panamera S E-hybrid cracking the eco numbers, that’s exactly what the UK government is offering. The Panamera S E-hybrid has joined a list of just 15 cars eligible for Britian’s ‘ULEV’ (ultra low-emission vehicle) status, approved by OLEV (the Office for low-emission vehicles.) Yes, in real life, it’s ridiculous, but on paper, the S E-hybrid is a wunderkid of low-emission motoring.
