Nissan X-Trail gets a facelift for 2011
Mon, 02 Aug 2010The Nissan X-Trail gets a facelift for 2011 You could be forgiven for thinking that Nissan has lost interest in it’s ‘proper’ SUV/4x4s, being interested only in its crossovers – the Nissan Qashqai and soon to be launched Nissan Juke. Nissan’s refusal to bring it’s desert-crushing Patrol to the UK would seem to reinforce the thought, but despite perceptions Nissan are about to launch the 2011 Nissan X-Trail facelift. That was borne out when we had photos of the McLaren P1 shot in Norfolk a week or two ago as the P1 visited one of McLaren’s suppliers on an industrial estate in Diss. Now we get the P1 on the move on video.
Jaguar XE Roadster WILL get 3.0 litre diesel
Tue, 02 Aug 2011This Jaguar XE is running a 3.0 litre diesel lump Earlier today we ran an update on the ongoing speculation on Jaguar’s small sports car, confirming that Jaguar will debut the Jaguar XE at Frankfurt in September. And now we can add to that by reporting that it WILL be getting the option of a 3.0 litre diesel lump when it goes on sale in 2012. We’ve speculated for some time that Jaguar will add the very good 3.0 litre TDV6 from the XJ and XF to the range of engines on the XK.
