TEX is an English mirror manufacturer from that time period for original-equipment and racing mirrors that were used on most British cars and other makes.

This is a extremely high-quality polished stainless steel mirror with the rubber gasket and mounting hardware. It is flat glass mirror 4" in outside diameter of the mirror head, the exposed part of the glass is 3 3/8". It can be used on the door or fender depending on the car. They are polished to a chrome-like finish but being stainless steel they won't rust or flake. Nice.

Note: If you are replacing an existing mirror/mirrors on your car you need to check the mirror base dimensions below to see if this mirror will fit in or cover your existing holes. Rarely are 2 mirror bases the same size.

The mounting holes are 2" on center. The base is 3.75" long and 1 1/8" at its widest (center). The base is a chrome-plated casting. The bolts mount from the bottom.

Made in England and marked so on the mirror (see photo). This is fresh, new and perfect.

It is an absolutely beautiful addition to any period sports car. You won't be disappointed in the quality.

Please see our other listings for more NOS, new and one of a kind parts.

Thanks.
