Mercedes C-Class Coupe: Official

Sun, 13 Feb 2011

Mercedes C-Class Coupe - Officially revealed Actually, it’s taken longer than we thought for the Mercedes C-Class Coupe to become officially official. We thought Mercedes were going to take the C-Class Coupe along to the Detroit Motor Show at the start of January, especially after we had a leaked photo of the C-Class Coupe a few days before the show. Lotus sues Dany Bahar for £2.5 million

Sat, 01 Dec 2012

Lotus are suing ousted CEO Dany Bahar for £2.5 million to recover the cost of his expensive lifestyle billed to Lotus. It seems DBR-HiCom, new owners of Proton (which own Lotus), took one look at the mess in Hethel and dumped Bahar, replacing him with engineer Aslam Farikullah to try and re-focus Lotus on its core products and engineering instead of pursuing Bahar’s fantasy of churning out the biggest range of luxury supercars of any car maker on the planet. That ousting led to Bahar issuing proceedings against Lotus for £6.7 million in August for wrongful dismissal (which gives you some idea of Bahar’s estimate of his own worth).

Mini Paceman

Fri, 14 Sep 2012

Mini has presented its latest model, the Paceman, as it ventures into a new vehicle class. Appearing – almost to the millimeter, bar colour and trim detailing – to be the Paceman concept seen at NAIAS 2011 in Detroit, the Paceman Sports Activity Coupe features many traditional Mini design cues. Where it moves away from them, it is in keeping the new-style squared off front lamps of the Countryman (with which it shares a front end up to the base of the windscreen) and a roofline which tapers down much more than we've seen in any previous ‘new' Mini before.
