Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have deep scratches and scuff marks on lens. LEDs have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger side lights are dirty, and may need to be cleaned. Both driver and passenger sides have signs of condensation on the inside, indicating the seal may be broken, and water may be leaking inside. This item does not come with light bulbs, screws, metal clips, or instructions on how to install.
