Please keep in mind that bolt on hubcaps are made to fit a particular wheel, and every wheel is different. SO PLEASE LOOK AT THE CAR COMPATIBILITY CHART IN THE LISTING TO MAKE SURE IT'S A RIGHT FIT!! The holes in the hubcap need to be the same distance apart as the wheel in order to bolt up and this differs from model to model. In other words, there are no universal bolt on hubcaps on the market because every vehicle is different. REMEMBER: Entering a Quantity of 1 will get 4 Hubcaps Shipped to You All tires have a "tire size series" printed on the sidewall which contains the wheel size. Zagato celebrates Aston Martin Centenary with Zagato DBS & DB9 Spyder
Sun, 21 Jul 2013The Aston Martin e DBS Coupé Zagato Centennial (pictured, built for a Japanese entreprenuer Zagato and Aston Martin have a long history of working together to produce very special limited editions of AML cars, from the beautiful DB4 Zagato to the recent V12 Zagato. So it’s entirely appropriate – as this is Aston Martin’s Centenary year – that Zagato produce an Aston Martin Special Edition to mark the event. In fact, they’ve gone one better by producing two special Astons for the centenary – the Aston Martin DBS Coupe Centennial and the Aston Martin DB9 Spyder Centennial.
Gar Wood's Miss America VIII race boat to be auctioned in Florida
Wed, 04 Jan 2012Famed boat racer Gar Wood's two-time Harmsworth Trophy-winning race boat, Miss America VIII, will be offered at Mecum's Kissimmee Auction on Jan. 28 in Kissimmee, Fla. Wood piloted the boat to the Harmsworth Trophy in 1929 and 1931, the latter event witnessed by more than 600,000 people gathered on the shores of the Detroit River to watch.
Bluebird Electric aiming for UK Land Speed Record
Mon, 18 Jul 2011Bluebird Electric You’d hope that anyone of any age would associate ‘Bluebird’ with ‘Campbell’, but as many of our schools don’t seem too keen on anything that may be even remotely considered part of Britain’s history, perhaps not. So we’ll just throw in that Sir Malcolm Campbell drove a variety of Bluebird (or Blue Bird) cars to new land speed records on Pendine Sands in the 1920s and his son, Donald Campbell, matched his father’s achievements with world speed records on both land and water – the only man to have held land and water speed records at the same time. And he too used the Bluebird moniker for his record-breaking transport of choice. Fast forward the best part of fifty years and it’s the grandson of Sir Malcolm – Don Wales – who’s plotting to take the Bluebird Electric to a new UK Land Speed Record, and planning to make a start on that quest at Pendine Sands (a location Top Gear fans will probably recognise – and was it Pendine Sands on the new Torchwood series last week?).
