This style LED bulb can be used in a variety of applications including automotive, marine, RV, landscape lighting, cabinet lighting, sewing machines, appliances and more. It can replace a variety of traditional bulbs including 912, 918, 921, 922 and many other bulbs. It has 9 LEDs (5630 SMD) that are radially mounted to create a 360° viewing angle for better, allover light emission with reduced hot spots. Tower-style design with miniature wedge base for easy plug-and-play installation. The energy-efficient bulb uses only 4.5 watts of power; an incandescent bulb with comparable light output would consume 15 - 20 watts.

What do I do if I receive damaged items ? Nowadays LED lighting becomes more and more the focus of attention. Despite higher production and purchase costs, the high durability of LEDs, their long lifetime and easy disposal (no mercury pollution) render them highly efficient and an energy-saving alternative for all kinds of lighting. Replacing a regular bulb with an LED that lasts up to 50 times longer and uses less energy saves money.

The standard luminous light bulbs are very inefficient; up to 95% of the energy consumed by an incandescent light bulb produces heat, not light. However, LED light bulbs use up to 90% less energy, far less than any other light source, and therewith contribute considerably to energy conservation. This translates to lower energy bills. In the case of battery powered lighting it means longer battery life, less recharging or replacing batteries.

The efficiency of LED sources, measured in lumens per watt, is overtaking that of incandescent and halogen sources. LEDs stand out through their low energy consumption: they typically use 10-20% of the energy that a normal incandescent light uses. Their extreme longevity which can last up to 50,000 hours ensures less maintenance cost for light installations, less usage of bulbs and therewith also less waste for the environment. Thus state-of-the-art LED lighting systems support energy conservation and cut significantly maintenance costs. For example, the initial costs of an incandescent light source may only be low; however, its energy consumption will easily cost more over its relatively short life. July 19 saw the CDN-GM competition judging and mentoring teams meet at GM's world HQ in Warren, Michigan, to cast judgment over the 99 entries to the interior phase of the competition. The competition asked design students to develop concepts in response to briefs set by each of GM's four brands – Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC and Buick. The judges nominated three finalists for each brand, who will be invited to attend the 2012 NAIAS in Detroit.
