The 900hp Ford Mustang GT as seen in the latest Need for Speed movie has sold at an auction in the US for $300,000 – that’s roughly £180,000. Unfortunately, the winning bidder might be disappointed to find out that in real life it doesn’t make anywhere near the 900hp claimed in the film, instead running a stock 420hp. Facelifted Lexus GX 460 gets price cut for 2014

Lexus has just released pricing for its refreshed GX 460 SUV, or LUV as Lexus likes to call it, for Luxury Utility Vehicle. The most noticeable change on the outside is the updated corporate fascia in the form of the Lexus spindle grille, though the freshened GX 460 also gets LED headlights, along with daytime running lights and available LED fog lights. More importantly, the GX 460 will get a $4,710 price cut.

Alfa Romeo 4C production version revealed ahead of Geneva debut

The production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C has finally been revealed ahead of a launch at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March. It’s been clear since December – when Alfa teased the 4C – that we would finally get a proper production version of the first proper Alfa sports car in as long as we all care to remember. And, as far as we can see, the production Alfa 4C is pretty faithful to the concept.
