This is a lot of 10 Turbonetics 100% stainless hose clamps (300 series stainless) which includes the bolt and nut.  These are the best and highest quality hose clamps I have found. Many t bolt

clamps have the band in stainless, but not the nut and bolt or it is 400 series stainless that can rust.  These cost $9.49 each at horsepowerfreaks.com. I bought these for a project, but I never used

them.  These are listed by the website as:60242-33 T-Bolt, 100% SS Clamp (2.11-2.42")-(use with 2.00" I.D. hose*) The width of the band is 3/4".

Drive the Polo R WRC as VW Rally the World

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

Drive the Polo R WRC as VW Rally the World Volkswagen have already made the most of their entry in to the World Rally Championships this year with the Polo R WRC – apart from the fact it’s created a 4WD platform for the Polo/A1 in the process – with a street version of the Polo R WRC (although not in the UK). But VW’s adventure in to WRC with the Polo R hasn’t just been about a bit of product development and a spun-off road version – they’ve taken it very seriously. So seriously have VW taken WRC – and so well prepared were they – that Sebastian Ogier has already taken the 2013 drivers gong in WRC (from the previous – long term – incumbent Sebastian Loeb) with three races left, in his 315bhp, 4WD Polo R, and VW look set to take the team title too.

MOTORING campaigners have warned that speed limits on motorways across the country could be cut after the Highways Agency announced plans for a 60mph zone on the M1. The plan would come into effect between junction 28 of the M1 at Mansfield and junction 35a for Sheffield and Rotherham between 7am and 7pm, seven days a week. The Highways Agency said the reduced speed limit would be used to help reduce emissions along the route.
