Anyone who is interested in detailing a car, cares about their car. They are willing to spend the money and time to make their baby unique. Who in their right mind would ever think of installing any material that is not built for automotive application!? I have seen china brands all over the web pretending to sell automotive grade vinyl, I have seen it peel, discolor and ruin paint after a couple weeks!. Every material VViViD Vinyl offers is either a CAST or Polymeric material.
Cast vinyl is stable when applied to a surface. It harbours no tension, whereas calendared vinyl harbours up to 25%. Calendared vinyl is made by processing a mass of vinyl through rollers and stretching it over hundreds of feet. Therefore when applied to a curved surface such as a car, calendared vinyl will shrink back causing curling, peeling and cracking.
In contrast, VViViD's cast vinyl starts off as a liquid and is poured onto a sheet and baked. This means the cast was never stretched to begin with and will stay in place for the life of the vinyl. When cast vinyl is accidentally creased or stretched, you can heat it and it will return to its original form without creases or stretch marks.
Polymeric offers the same advantage. It has been heated/treated and pre-stretched allowing for a cast-like application.

Speed launches Internet channel as pipeline to show more races

The Speed Channel, usually relegated to the upper-hundreds on the cable-channel spectrum, is launching a new broadband channel on the Internet. Speed2 will only be available to current Speed subscribers and will have at least a dozen race series that normally don't make it to the TV channel. Subscribers of the cable channel will go through a short authentication process to access the network.

Nissan reportedly to adapt hybrid system for front-wheel drive

Nissan Motor Co. is reportedly developing a front-wheel drive adaptation of its in-house hybrid vehicle technology for the next generation Altima Hybrid as early as next year. The system will be based on the rear-wheel-drive hybrid drivetrain that debuted in the 2012 Infiniti M Hybrid, Japan's Nikkan Kogyo business daily says.
