This is an idler pulley from which brand i do not know. They are approx. 3 1/8" diameter, the inside hole is 3/8" diameter, and the width for the belt is 1 1/16" wide.

Alpina engineers have taken BMW’s twin-turbo diesel from the 123d, slotted it into the Three Coupe, then tweaked it to produce 211bhp. The result is an engine that produces more horsepower per litre than any other BMW or Alpina road car, they say.

2013 Mazda CX-9 debuts before Australian show

It appears that Mazda couldn't wait that long, as the company just released a few images of the redesigned people carrier, which now looks like the big brother to the CX-5. It features the Kodo design language that we've seen at several auto shows, which lends it a sportier look than previous models.
