Ferrari online earthquake auction starts today – 599XX Evo up for grabs
Wed, 06 Jun 2012To raise funds for the victims of the recent earthquake in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, Ferrari is holding an online auction. The recent earthquake in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy is where Ferrari is based and their production was disrupted by the second of the earthquakes – measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale and claiming 17 deaths in the region – at the end of May. The estimates showed that there were 450 deaths in reported road accidents in Britain between April and June) - a 12% rise on the figure of 402 in the same period last year. Record new car sales anticipated
Wed, 06 Nov 2013RECORD new car sales are expected for 2013 after last month's figures showed another strong increase. A total of 157,314 new cars were registered in October - a 4% rise on October last year, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. The October rise - the 20th successive monthly increase - took the year-so-far total to just over 1.95 million, a 10.2% rise on January-October last year.
