Also has a shoot out vent that allows tank venting out the bottom of the tank where you wont see it. Shoots outs are available for any of our tanks for an additional 30.00. Additional stainless bungs run 30.00 ea welded in. Comes with 2 chrome straps and a black vented cap. Can be upgraded to a polished vented cap for 15.00 additional.We are now offering custom bungs for these tanks at a additional charge.1/4 npt to 1 inch npt,plus the addition of the fuel site gauges. These tanks are the nicest in the industry. The polished surface wont fuel stain like the brushed aluminum. Sat, 11 May 2013The Pikes Peak hillclimb is an awesome event with more than 150 turns on a course more than 12 miles long running up in to the clouds at the summit of Pikes Peak Mountain. This year Peugeot are back to take on Pikes Peak in a car they like to describe as a Peugeot 208, but apart from the name it has nothing much more than a passing resemblance to Peugeot’s latest hatchback. For a start, it has a 3.2 litre twin-turbo V6 that delivers an incredible 875bhp which is enough to get to 62mph in a neck snapping 1.8 seconds and 150mph in an equally unbelievable 7 seconds.

Thu, 18 Aug 2011The release of a new generation of the Porsche 911 is always a major motoring event and the launch of the latest – the 991, which will make its debut in Frankfurt next month – appears to be the most significant since the icon switched to water cooling with the 996 in 1998. While quite obviously an evolution of the 997 and every version prior, the 991 is longer (+56mm), wider (+65mm) and lower (-11mm) than its predecessor, while the wheelbase has been extended in order to increase rear leg room and move the model further into the GT segment. Its front lamp graphics offer a visual link to the 918 concept car and sit above a set of angular DRL/turn signal units and enlarged lower mask intakes.

With Detroit pretty much done and dusted, it’s time for car makers to begin teasing their offerings for Geneva 2012 (which we saw some of even before Detroit). Today it’s the turn of Mercedes with a video tease for the 2012 Mercedes A-Class, coupled with a competition too (although that seems to be just for Germany).
