Have seen some pontoon boats mount this to the dock side of the bow for protection while docking. 
each end of this bumper has a spot to tie it to your boat or the dock. (never used. There is still the thin rubber in the hole where the line will go through)
the Bull Nose (center front)  has a spot which is open from top to bottom for another line

GM Europe weeks from running out of cash

By Phil McNamara Motor Industry 03 March 2009 19:03 GM Europe will run out of cash ‘early in the second quarter’ of 2009, unless the divison secures $3.3bn in funding from European governments. Speaking today (Tuesday 3 March), GM chief operating officer Fritz Henderson revealed that insolvency loomed, due to the plunge in European car sales and GM’s liquidity crisis in North America. He ruled out a swift cash injection from private investors, saying that no talks had taken place and that lengthy negotiations and due diligence would take too long.

Tesla Model S goes up in price

The electric Tesla Model S – which won’t arrive in the UK until at least late in 2013 – is going up in price in the US and gets a spec change. The Tesla Model S is perhaps, just perhaps, the only really credible electric car so far; a luxury ‘Sports’ saloon car that offers range almost comparable to an ICE car and, it seems, prices that aren’t an awful lot different. That makes it a far more appealing prospect as a replacement for an ICE car than anything we’ve previously seen.

2015 Subaru Legacy revealed in Chicago

Subaru pulled the sheets off the 2015 Legacy sedan at the Chicago Auto Show on Thursday. The company says it's the roomiest version of the Legacy yet, boasting the largest passenger cabin in the midsize segment. Two engines will be offered.
