Payments

We gladly accept the above payment through Paypal. We will process and ship out your order within one to two business days after the payment clears. This is typically the day after the auction closes and sometimes the same day. We do not ship on weekends and U.S. holidays. Payments are due within 3 days of the close of auction. If payment is not received by the 4th day, we will attempt to recoup our final valuation fee from eBay by opening an unpaid item claim.

Shipping

Insurance is included. We inspect and ship packages within one to two days after the payment clears. We use the system provided by eBay so you can track your order via eBay.

The cost of shipping for heavy items (non-postal) will be determined by eBay and will usually ship UPS Ground. UPS Ground does not ship to PO boxes. To calculate the shipping charge, click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab above.

We do not charge a handling charge. In some cases we will need to add packing material or double box the item at no extra charge.

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to make a return or if there is a problem with your order. We must receive the item back within 14 days after contacting us.

We will issue an RMA #. Include the RMA#, along with your full name, email address & item number with your shipment.

You will receive a refund of the purchase price less. The refund does not include any shipping charges. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. We will only accept the item back in the original, new condition it was sent in. Any item that is returned used will void our return policy and no refund will be given.

You will also be required to ship the item back in the original packaging with insurance and a tracking number. Email the tracking number after you have shipped the item back.

Any package returned without an RMA# or tracking # will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

If you receive a damaged/broken or incorrect item you will need to contact us within 14 days of receipt. You will be REQUIRED to provide proof of damage or incorrect item by emailing a picture. If you cannot provide a picture you will be required to ship the item back at your expense. After we receive picture or returned item we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. GOVERNMENT attempts to reduce legal costs from whiplash injury claims seem to be failing. The average legal costs for small, whiplash-like third party injury (TPI) claims now stand at £2,500 per claimant, according to a report by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. The institute said this was a 15% increase since 2010 "when the Ministry of Justice introduced new measures which sought, in part, to contain legal costs".
