You are bidding on a used Control, Remote, Assembly for Left Hand Rear Door as used on the MK7, MK8, MK9, MK VII, MK VIII and MK IX Jaguars. This is remote control assembly that actuates the door lock for the Left Hand Rear Door. It is quite likely that this remote control assembly was used on other Jaguars or British cars of that era, but please check to be sure that it is appropriate for the car you plan to use it on. The Jaguar part number is 253/325. The first six pictures show the remote control assembly in this auction from the front and rear including close ups. The rod is 19 3/4" long. The seventh and eighth pictures are for orientation purposes only to show where the remote control assembly is located in the left hand rear door of a MK VIII without and in a MK IX with a door panel installed with the general location of the remote control assembly circled in red. Pictures seven and eight do not show the remote control assembly in this auction. McLaren MP4-12C to charge hill at Goodwood with Button and Hamilton at the wheel
Wed, 30 Jun 2010The McLaren MP4-12C will make its much-anticipated public debut at Goodwood, and yet another advanced prototype will charge up the famous hill in the supercar portion of the event--driven by none other than McLaren Formula One stars Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton. They'll be piloting the VP9 validation prototype finished in traditional McLaren orange. In addition to the hill charge, a new prototype will be on display with all of the carbon-fiber fittings, including splitter, engine covers and seatbacks.
Audi RS3 (2012) gets extended production run

The 335bhp quattro Sportback's initial production run was limited to 500 cars for right-hand drive, but pent up demand has convinced Audi to build another 250. You'll have to be quick though: the first batch sold out in just days after the car's Geneva motor show reveal, without ever officially going on sale. The second run will also cost £39,930. Remind me of the Audi RS3's spec All the numbers are the same as the first 500 cars'.
