1965 BSA Motorcycles Model Line Magazine Pull Out Centerfold Brochure! This pull out brochure for the 1965 BSA model line is printed on slightly heavier paper than normal magazine paper, and features 12 different BSA 's! This is the same as the brochures found at the dealers, but was placed in a motorcycle magazine as a centerfold ad that year. It is in near mint condition, it has two flaws: the staple holes along the center seam to hold it in the magazine, and a printing streak on the backside. (See last photo.) This is a rare find in this good of condition! Ad measures approximately 8 1/4" x 10 3/4" when closed, and 10 3/4" x 16 1/2" when open! Photo is of actual ad, article, or test being sold. All ads are packed soundly for shipping to ensure their safe arrival.

All sales are final. Please inspect the photo of items provided to determine condition and suitability for your purchase.

All magazine ads, articles, and road tests are genuine items taken from a real magazine, and are NOT reprints. All are in very good to fine used condition, and may show signs of their age. I do my best to select items that would indeed be suitable for framing, items that I would frame for my own use.

EV car maker Aptera shuts down

Fri, 02 Dec 2011

Automotive startup company Aptera Motors, promoter of the weirdly styled, three-wheeled 2e electric car, shut down on Friday, saying it was out of money. The company said it was unable to raise funds from private investors that would have kept it going until it received a $150 million loan from the Department of Energy's Advance Technology Vehicle Manufacturing program. "This is a difficult time for everyone connected with our company because we have never been closer to realizing our vision," CEO Paul Wilbur said in a statement.

Volvo PCP Performance Division planned on the back of rising sales

Mon, 04 Jul 2011

The Volvo C30 PCP by Polestar - 400bhp and £50k You’re not a serious player in the desirable saloon car stakes unless you have a performance division. BMW has the M Division and Mercedes has AMG; even VW has swapped out its Volkswagen Individual in to a division just to fettle ‘R’ cars and sell associated paraphernalia - Volkswagen R GmbH. And now it seems it’s the turn of Volvo.
