From which you would conclude, quite rightly, that this is a cosmetc ‘Sports’ job, not a power one. General Motors says its EN-V concept might be tested in large cities

The EN-V will wear the Chevrolet badge. It is designed to communicate with other vehicle and city infrastructure to minimize congestion.
