For parts that are not defective, but are returned within the 30 days. Original shipping costs are not refunded and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking.

To return an item you must contact us by phone 419-491-1825 within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Shipping
We usually ship within 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted, Buyer pays shipping. We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
Our business hours are from 8-5:30 M-F EST. time. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless agreed otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. The Mercedes CLS range has been given a facelift as the four-door coupe and ‘shooting brake’ estate are given the goodies fitted to the E-class they’re based on after it was facelifted late last year. The 2014 Mercedes CLS is not a ‘new generation’ as Mercedes may have you believe, but more a nip and tuck. That means the outside has been tweaked with new LED headlamps as standard equipment across the range, as well as a new ‘diamond’ front grille, slightly chunkier front bumper with gaping air intakes, and tail lamps that have been given a darker, smoked look.

Fuel-economy standards for all light vehicles will rise 8 percent, to an average of 27.3 mpg for the 2011 model year, under new U.S. rules issued on Friday. The regulations will use a new system that sets standards for individual models based on their size.
