This reclining front seat from Rugged Ridge fits 76-83 Jeep CJ-5s, 76-86 CJ-7s, 81-86 CJ-8s, 87-95 YJ Wranglers, and 97-02 TJ Wranglers. Gray.

All Rugged Ridge seats are manufactured to exacting specifications by an original equipment seat manufacturer to guarantee only the highest quality. Each seat is constructed of durable automotive grade vinyl that is designed to match your vehicles interior and all Rugged Ridge rear seats. All frames are powder coated and welded to make sure it can take those off road adventures and years of open air use. The foam pack and spring system used on all Rugged Ridge seats is extremely dense for long life yet soft enough for true comfort. Soft side bolsters cradle the driver making driving a pleasure. Each seat features an infinitely adjustable reclining mechanism to ensure proper driving position and the ultimate in comfort. All Rugged Ridge seats feature a stylish stitch pattern and original equipment bolt pattern for ease of installation and a great original equipment look. NOTE: Will fit 97-02 Jeep TJ Wranglers, but front seat adapter brackets 13201.11 and 13201.12 are required.

Local Motors' 20th design competition, themed 'Thrive in the Elements,' opens for submissions starting today, 17 March. The new American car company is calling for entrants to design a car based around the four core elements: Earth, wind, fire and water; challenging designers to create a vehicle that will 'inspire Pacific Northwesterners to thrive'. The deadline for entries is 30 March 2010.

Chris Bangle Associates has announced a new design contest called 'Illustrate the Future.' The competition is open to all design students across all design disciplines and coincides with the launch of Managing Director, Chris Bangle's new book. "I have written a fiction book about Car Design and the prologue takes place 25 years in the future," says Bangle. "It contains some concepts I have been working on, and this contest is to see what YOU would make of them." Bangle's novel explores the state of affairs in the car design field and also expresses his concerns about the culture future generations of designers will inherit.
