A Very Merry Red Bull Christmas

Sat, 25 Dec 2010

Red Bull’s 2010 Christmas Card Over the last couple of years we’ve featured Bernie Ecclestone’s Christmas Cards as our Christmas Day greeting to readers, as they’ve been by far the most amusing to come our way. In 2008 we saw Bernie’s Christmas card feature a mickey-take of Max Mosley and his extra cirruclar activities amongst the more ‘forceful’ working girls in London town. We followed that up in 2009 with Bernie’s Christmas card once again, this time featuring a mickey-take of his sometime business partner Flavio Briatore as a pirate.

Mon, 03 Feb 2014

The Ford Figo Saloon Concept (pictured) debuts in India The Ford Figo is a last generation Ford Fiesta built for emerging markets in India, but this new Ford Figo Concept appears to be a next generation Ford KA with a boot. That ‘emerging markets’ aim seems clear when one of the major selling points, according to Ford, is the flexible architecture of the power door mirrors that makes it far less likely the mirror will be ripped off when hit by a passing car.

Bond anoraks will tell you that the ‘real’ James Bond – the one Fleming wrote about in the Bond series of books – drove a Bentley, but Bond was given an Aston Martin to drive in the Goldfinger book as he chased Auric Goldfinger across Europe.
