Delivery policy

*The Shipping and Handling (S&H) is in 'flat rate' and same for all countries. We ship item within 1 business days.

*We DO NOT offer combined shipping for this item and also there will be NO discount in shipping charge for buying one more of this item.

*Shipping cost is not solely the postage fee but also the handling, processing, packaging and other misc. charges involved in shipping the item. In addition, if a buyer bought several items from within 3 days we will send them all in one shipment( parcel), in order to minimize the chance of lost shipment if sending them separately (however if the buyer requires us to send them separately we can arrange either but the buyer must notify us via email before payment)

• Dispatch from Hong Kong by post (air parcel) to most of the following destinations for which will take:
  
  Australia, USA and UK: 9 - 21 days
  Europe and other countries: 14 - 35 days
  East Asia and South East Asia: 7 - 14 days


• Registered mail service is optional upon buyer's request via e-mail. In case it is required, buyer has to pay an additional postage of GBP1.00 for delivery to U.K., USD2.00 for delivery to U.S., AUD3.00 for delivery to Australia and USD2.00 for delivery to the rest of world. This will be charged through separate invoice.
  


• EMS (Express Mail Service) is available upon request via e-mail by buyer.

• In case the parcel returned to us due to the reason that the buyer (or recipient) did not collect / claim it from the post office or the delivery address provided by the buyer is not valid / has changed but did not notify us, the buyer must pay us shipping charge again if they want us to ship to them again, or otherwise the order will be regarded as completed and closed, and no refund will be allowed as we have fufilled our part of obligation of supplying and shipping the product.
