The OEM fuel tank equipped on every vehicle is made to last the life of the vehicle and for everyday use. However, for racing purposes, it is overly large and heavy. That is where aluminum fuel cells/tanks come in. They are smaller, mountable in different locations and It is filled with an open-cell foam core to prevent explosion of vapor in the empty portion of the tank and to minimize sloshing of fuel during competition that may unbalance the vehicle or cause inadequate fuel delivery to the motor (fuel starvation). Kia Provo upsets Northern Ireland
Thu, 07 Mar 2013The Kia Provo Concept for a funky urban car has run in to trouble in Northern Ireland as its name evokes the Troubles. Looking like a Kia take on the Juke – although we think Kia see it more as a take on the MINi Countryman / MINI Paceman – it looks like a perfect direction for Kia to take with a ready market for butch little cars for blatting round town growing all the time. But you can’t please all the people all the time, and Kia has run in to trouble with the Provo already, as Unionist MPs in Northern Ireland have taken exception to the name.
Council’s Flood Excuses Don’t Hold Water - Poll

Along with homeowners, motorists also battled rising water levels and deteriorating road conditions. However, according to a new survey of its members, the AA has said that as many as 68 percent of those polled said the extreme weather had contributed to poor road conditions but 67 percent blamed councils for not maintaining drains well enough.

Bentley EXP 9 F – the Bentley SUV to be that might be more loved if Bentley gave it a real name – made a static appearance at last weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, following which Bentley has released some new photos and a new video to put their monster SUV back in the news. We did catch sight of the Bentley SUV at Goodwood – although it wasn’t especially high profile as it wasn’t blatting up the hillclimb, unlike Bentley’s other offerings from the new Continental GT Speed to the Bentley Blower – and it looked much the same as it did at Geneva.
