This is a starboard transom bracket removed from a 1968 18 hp Evinrude outboard. Part number 0378157. This shows normal signs of use, but is in good working condition. The tilt tab is still on this as well and in good shape. This was used on the 18, 20, and 25 hp Johnson Evinrude outboard models from the 60's. Please let me know if you have any questions.
