Return Policy (For exchange or refund)

·  Call us for any return request within 3 days after receiving goods. Your buyer ID and Ebay Item Order number are needed as well.

·  The item must not be used and must be in the original packaging with all accessories.

·  We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged (depends on stock status).

·  Customer is required to return item within 14 days after communicate and get our confirmation on your return.

·  A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied in order to return an item for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.

·   For all returns, customer is responsible to ship item back.  For the return shipping back of replacement to customer will be free.
