Frankfurt Motor Show 2009 Preview
Thu, 20 Aug 2009The Frankfurt Motor Show 2009 runs from 17th -27th September to the public Many of the Japanese makers will be conspicuous by their absence, but that should be more than made up for by the launches from the big European makers. And of course the Koreans – in the guise of Hyundai and Kia – will do what they’re starting to do in the market place and fill the gap left by the Japanese. Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2 leaked
Mon, 29 Jun 2009Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2 If you know anything at all about Lamborghini’s, it won’t take too long to work out that this will be a 550hp V10, but with 2-wheel drive instead of the 4-wheel drive we ‘ve got used to in recent years. So think of this as a hardcore drivers Gallardo – a Superleggera. Dropping the 4WD will shed a chunk of weight, and change the dynamic of the car from the LP560-4.
Toyota FT-86: Now standard FT-86 leaks
Sat, 29 Oct 2011The Toyota FT-86 leaks again - this time the standard model After what seems like years of waiting for Toyota’s sporty and ‘affordable’ sports car – the Toyota FT-86 – to arrive, information is coming thick and fast as the official debut looms at the Toyota Motor Show in a month’s time. Just a few days ago we had pictures of the Toyota FT-86 with Modellista extras, which gave us the clearest look yet at what the new FT-86 in production guise will offer. And now we get what appears to be a standard Toyota FT-86 from another Japanese brochure leak.
