If this item is to be shipped outside the 48 states, you must ask for the price for shipping ahead of bidding, BECAUSE it will not ship for the price shown.
Shipping prices reflect my time to find a box, pack, provide shipping materials, packing tape and supplies, and drive 20 miles round-trip to the post office including paying for delivery confirmation and in some cases insurance.
