:

Up for sale is an antique kerosen tail light from a brass era (Copperhead)  Model T Ford. I believe this is from a 1915 model as it has a brass chimney top and brass ring around the glass. It may also be correct for 1916 and other year Mode T's .

The light body is in good unrestored condition. It does have some repairable dings and dents and it needs another clear lens for the license plate. It is not rusty but would need polishing and paint. The brass chimney top is marked "FORD MODEL 8" with the Edmunds & Jones logo. Patient dates on the bottom are May 26 14 and June 23 14.  The light is complete with the burner and original mounting nut.

I also have a side light from this same car on another listing.

Please email any questions you may have.

Chevrolet Corvette Stingray costs £61,495

Wed, 19 Jun 2013

The new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray will cost £61.5k in the UK The 2014 MY Corvette Stingray arrived at the Detroit Motor Show in January, and now it’s arriving in the UK. The new Stingray comes with a 6.2 litre LT1 V8 offering a modest (for its size) 455bhp and 460ln/ft of torque, enough to get the Stingray to 60mph in under 4 seconds and, say Chevy, still offer ‘improved’ economy over the old model. In the real world, though, that probably means under 20mpg.

Honda are bringing the production version of the CR-Z hybrid to the Geneva Motor Show Honda are attempting to make the hybrid car ‘Sporty’ with the Honda CR-Z. First seen at the Tokyo Motor Show last year and in US production form at Detroit last month, Europe gets to see the Euro production version of the CR-Z at the Geneva Motor Show next month. We’re finding it a bit difficult to get our heads round the idea that this is a ‘Sporty’ hybrid.
